Community Equipment Services for Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea Councils
24-7 Healthcare is pleased to announce that as of early 2026 we now provide community equipment store services for Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Through this service, we support residents, carers, health professionals and local authority teams with access to essential community equipment that helps people remain safe, independent and supported at home. This includes equipment such as walking aids, bathing and toileting equipment, commodes, bed rails, pressure care products, hoists, profiling beds and other daily living aids.
Our community equipment service covers the supply, delivery, installation, collection, repair and ongoing support of equipment provided through local health and social care pathways.
The service is designed to help residents return home from hospital safely, prevent unnecessary admissions, support end-of-life care, and enable greater independence in the community.
We are proud to be working in partnership with Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to deliver a responsive, professional and reliable equipment service for local residents.
