Today a Ergo stairlift was installed by two professionals, Rahul and Tean.
From the very start they were friendly, polite and professional. We could not have asked for better engineers to put the stairlift in. They respected our hone, were very quiet, what was quite charming was the conversations they were having . They kept training helping and teaching each other as they installed the product. No foul language, course jesting, or inappropriate conversation. They honestly were just brilliant and focused so hard to install the stairlift even when they was a minor issue with the product which was easily and simply resolved.
The house was left clean and tidy and the stairlift is a godsend for my Mum.
Even the customer service from the lady over the phone throughout the process was second to none.
Thank you so much for your service.

Kaith Garland was a very nice man and he was very friendly too. He explained everything about my stair lift. And he told me that as soon as possible he will fix the problem of stair lift. I appreciate his work and admire his behaviour.
