Ceiling Track Hoists
Fitted ceiling track hoists are overhead patient hoisting systems. The ceiling track refers to the tracking that the hoist unit moves along. Ceiling track hoist solutions are safe, practical and always there when needed. Our fixed ceiling track hoists provide a greater lifting height than a mobile hoist option and require minimal movement.
A full-body lift transfers people from a bed to a wheelchair, toilet chair, bathtub or commode. Manual lifting poses a real threat to caregivers and the person being moved. Total body lifts minimise caregiver back and shoulder problems & injuries. In addition, full-body lifts are much safer for the user than manual transfers, where there is a greater risk of dropping or mishandling. Our lifts are stable and require very little force to push or pull, even with a bariatric person in a sling.
